Superlative host, excellent amenities, outstanding breakfast.William and Jessica have found an ideal balance of attention and privacy. Every detail has been well thought out. The beds and pillows, the toiletries and other amenities...and who would expect a dim sum brunch! This is now our go-to place when coming and going from YVR

My wife and I had a great 2 night stay here. The check in process was easy, our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries and towels. Parking was simple. The room was very quiet.We only had the chance to have breakfast once here, but the food was amazing - home cooked Taiwanese style. The snacks and drinks available at all times were also appreciated. William and Jessica were even able to accommodate my wife being vegetarian!Would definitely recommend and stay again here if we're back in Richmond.

We enjoyed our stay at William’s and Jessica’s very much. We were looking for a place to stay and at the same time safe enough for the pandemic and Jessica’s place was the place. It’s very clean and organized. The hosts are very caring, thoughtful and helpful they made sure to know and learn about the food we can eat and worked hard so we enjoy the breakfast “ honestly it’s more than breakfast it’s more like brunch with varieties of options”. Definitely, recommend it if you are looking for more than an hotel experience.William is very friendly, funny and generous. He offered a lot of help in various ways starting by suggesting places to visit and ending by ensuring we have a good transportation to go where we want, which felt like having a friend in the city. I’m coming back for sure

I loved staying at Jessicahouse BnB. William the owner along with Jessica is a total delight! He doted on us and was so organized and thorough with hospitality and directions in the house! It’s a beautiful house, clean and comfy! They think of and have anything you could want in snacks and refreshments. William made an awesome dim sum breakfast! Exquisite treat!

We only spent one night here. The rooms are spacious and friendly. The host family is very friendly and helpful. The location of the B&B is convenient for onward travel by plane or ferry. It is a bit further to downtown Vancouver. We can only recommend this B&B.

Spent 4 days at Jessica house . They were the best 4 days of our trip ! The house is large and beautiful. Our room was HUGE with a large ensuite and a walk-in closet. There is air conditioning in each room. The hosts, William and Jessica, provided 24/7 coffee, tea , snacks, soft drinks and fruit. This home is a true B&B as the hosts provided brunch, a fantastic large brunch, different each day. The meals were better than restaurants we had visited.There is a nearby walking path that will take you to Steveston village. Walking time was about 30 minutes, just enough time to work up an appetite.We would easily recommend this accommodation to all our friends. We will stay here whenever we visit Vancouver. We had a vehicle that made getting around very easy. There is good public transit serving the area.

Cute bed and breakfast with all the amenities. William and Jessica are gracious hosts and cooked a huge vegetarian breakfast for us. Lots of snacks available at all hours. Convient parking on-site. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Quiet neighbourhood.

Thank you William for making our early morning departure for the YVR airport easy. Your house is palacial as was the beautiful room we stayed in. Fisherman’s Wharf was a 30 min stroll where we had a dinner and drinks. You are a gracious host and we highly recommend your home.
