Belvedere Care Centre
Amazing place. I have had two relatives stay here over the past five years. The care that they provide their residents is amazing. Staff goes above and beyond to help the residents and make their lives the best they can be. I cannot thank them enough for the way they cared for my father during the pandemic.Also the food is great.

My Mother is currently residing there. She has always seemed to state that she is Happy with the Living Conditions there and my Step Father visits her regularly and he is also Satisfied.However, I do not like to have to make an Appointment to see her and not having ready access to seeing her. So One Star Off for having such Restrictions of Access.

The staff seem kind, and parts of it do look like a hotel, but the actual resident rooms I saw honestly did look like hospital rooms and not at all homely. Some of the residents were noisy and not really with it. By Canadian standards Belvedere seems to be at the good end, but it's clearly a care home rather than a residential home, and I'd find it demoralising to live there if it was me.

THIS. IS. THE. WORSE. CARE. HOME. EVER. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My grandparents have been part of elder abuse here and my grandpa is now sick in the hospital due to their lack of care, lack of professionalism and ignorance. This is not the end and I will be making sure this company gets exposed into what actually goes on.

I find it highly suspicious that both reviews here are rating 5 stars with no comments accompanying them, by reviewers who have never reviewed anything before or after... hmmmmm... red flags red flags.
