Gervais Towing & Recovery

Highly recommend. The gentleman that helped us when my Mom’s SUV needed to be towed was very very kind and professional! It was on a day of a huge snowstorm so we did have to wait a little but that’s okay. I liked the fact he didn’t come out of the truck with a cigarette in his mouth tossing it right before he saw us at the window. Or spat out the window or used foul language. He was very respectful and double checked our directions as to where he should go and asked if we were okay. I’ve dealt with Ottawa Metro Towing and they were rude, disrespectful, disgusting with mannerisms. Even the front desk was wonderful at Gervais towing! She was super understanding kind. Highly recommend.

Used them to haul a mobile home to my niece. Amazing company. And, with old fashioned Canadian style too! They have my vote for any towing company I choose to use in the future.

Company should lose its tow license. One of their drivers crashed into my friends car throwing him off the road. The driver smelt like alcohol. The drivers excuse was that even tho he has made repeated requests for blind spot mirrors his boss had not provided them. At the bare minimum a towing company should equip its large trucks with blind spot mirrors especially if drivers admit they can’t see anything without them. This won’t look good on your CVOR.

Thank you so much Germans towing. I checked my wireless doorbell and saw my container in my yard in Algonquin Highlands. They loaded in Greely and took it north. Due to a garbage container, it made the loading more challenging, but the driver didn't give up and got the job done! Thank you so much for your service, I am extremely happy! Val

Your driver went above and beyond when hitching up our RV came with unexpected issues. Despite the complications and awful weather he managed to safely deliver our trailer in excellent time. Can't recommend Gervais Towing enough for their expertise, dedication, and kindness!

One of their heavy wrecker big tow trucks hit my friends car and they are trying to avoid responsibility, would strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing one that actually trains their drivers.

Charged me $118 for a boost that didn't work. My friend boosts my SUV in less than five minutes a day later. So, I paid $118 FOR NOTHING. I complained, never got money back. Call someone else, NOT this company!!!!

Gervais drivers managed to retrieve my vehicle stuck deep inside the snowbank, after it skidded off the road on ice.They were professional, quick and full of jokes. Price was reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Gervais as the best tow company in Ottawa.
