I didn't end up purchasing from here but Tony was an amazing consultant and if I would have chosen to go with a new couch I definitely would have purchased it from there! (Chose to go with a second hand option) He was extremely knowledgeable and the rest of the team was very nice and kind to myself,my girlfriend & toddler son while we were in looking around.

I will never go here again.We told the sales rep we were looking for a platform base for our mattress and headboard. He stated they had 2 Serta platforms left in back and said they were selling fast! We agreed to look, so he brought a box out but didn’t want to open it.Lie #1. We asked what the surface of the platform was made of, and he said it was metal. It was actually foam on top of thick metal wireLie #2. We asked twice if all we need is our headboard and mattress and he reassured us that our mattress and headboard would work just fine. We found out after that it actually requires special brackets to connect the headboard which cost approx. $170.Lie #3. We asked about the sale price compared to the original price, and he said they sell for $850, but was letting it go for $500. They actually sold for $500-$550 retail.Lie #4. We asked if the mattress would slide around, as the platform has no raised edge. He assured us it wouldn’t due to the friction of the surface. Of course, we found out that it does in fact slide around.On top of that, the quality of the platform was not great. The legs are flimsy. However, we can’t bring it back, as the sale was final.I looked at 1 star reviews and the business reply was always, “We’re so sorry! Please contact the Service Desk and we’ll sort this out.” We decided to write the service desk before writing a review. It’s been weeks now, and no reply. It seems like it’s just a ploy to make it appear that they resolve issues with negative reviews.

I do not recommend buying from this place. I bought all the furniture for the house from this place, and when the furniture arrived, there was a lot of shortage in the pieces, and also a break in the triple sofa. I contacted them by email and also called, but no one came to fix the broken piece. I paid a lot of money and lost it.

Went in on a rainy day just taking a peek around. The Surplus team showed us some of our options, gave us solid details on the products, and helped us settle on what worked best for our space/family. Great discounts, great team.Thanks Surplus!

I recently bought a couch and rug here and had a great experience! Shoutout to Pat (sales) who was very friendly and helpful and Mike (manager) who was very accommodating. Great prices too. I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back!

Pathetic store and services. Worst experience. They are unable to fulfill their commitments. Was guaranteed that my sectional sofa and Loveseat will be delivered on January 07, 2023. They delivered the love seat and half sectional on January 02, 2023 and told us that rest will be delivered soon. After that we called them multiple times for updates and every time we got new expected delivery date from staff. Minor compensation was given to us but they have to realize that its not worth it as we are in need of furniture which we ordered. I was looking to return it and they refused it by saying that its not their policy. Still waiting for delivery...........new EDD is February 09, 2023.
