The worst customer service and rude on the phone.

한국으로 가는 비행기표를 사실때는 절대로 비추입니다. 박싱 데이 세일하는 특가 항공편을하면 분명히 항공기 티켓 날짜를 바꿀때 페날티 차지 150 달러 붙는다고 해서 그게 붙지 않는 정상 티켓으로 돈을 더 주고 발권했는데 몇일 한국에 더 머물고자 티켓을 바꾸고자 전화하니 150달러를 어느 티켓을 구매하던지 날짜를 바꾸면 돈을 내야 한다고 말바꾸기를 했습니다. 절대로 비추드립니다. 여기 완전 사기여행사이니 조심하십시요. 왠만하면 비행기 티켓이나 여행페키지는 다른 여행사를 이용하세요.i bought a ticket slightly more expensive than their boxing day special since the sales rep told me that the flight dates are flexible with regular tickets with no penalty charge of 150. but when i called to change the flight schedule to spend couple more days in korea, she suddenly changed her story and told me that i gotta pay 150 penalty charge. i was there with my dad at the time of ticketing. i definitely ask everyone to avoid buying tickets or packages from this place.

Just received a phone call this morning. Caller was so rude that while I was talking, she cut me. And when I asked question, she suggested me as, why don't you do it yourself?""

Best client service here.I plan to visit east asia in mid July for family vacation.Air ticket is hot season price, But Ms. Kelly try to find besy price for my trip.Spend enough time to get the tickets that matchs to my vacation plan.I use to call the company for the air tickets.Alway I got what I need and very kind, professional service by staffs.

Total waste of your valuable time. Customer representatives (At least ones I talked to) cut me off multiple times every time I was trying to ask a question. The worst of the worst customer service ever. They shouldn't be doing their business if they are not interested in sales. I wish I would be the last customer who attempted to call or contact them.
