I love buying watches here as gifts, so far, I have bought my parents, brother ,and fiance, watches here. They are all very happy with their gifts. I want to thank the wonderful staff for ensuring that my gift shopping went smoothly. I will definitely be back soon!

Came in to try on a watch,The Asian lady just kicked me out of the store, asked the security guard to escort me out.Very judgemental. Won’t consider this Brand with this type of service. High depreciating watches anyways.Rolex & AP all the way

I bought Hublot Classic fusion from the Yorkdale Store.At time of purchase everything went smooth.I spent just north of 15k.6-8 months later the Chrono dial stopped working :(I reported that to the store and they told me to i can come by anytime to get it fix as i have a 3 year warranty.Few months later i dropped it to the same sale person who sold me the watch.I was promised that it will get fixed,no charge but it will take 3 months!!!! I agreed as i just wanted to get it fixed.2 weeks later i get an email from Hublot repair dept.They advised me that the repair will be $800 plus tax and not going to be cover my warranty. Needless to say how disappointing & frustrating i was.I sent back emails and no reply, i spoke to the sales person who sold me the watch and he couldn't do nothing to rectify this situation. Although the watch is nice I want you all to be aware...A. it's an expensive watchB. You will have to constantly adjust the time on the watchC. Service is horribleD. Fixing any issue takes up to 3 monthsE. Repairing or maintenance are very pricySuggestion...Buy Rolex instead.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Orlinski Hublot. Jonas was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and extra friendly. In fact just received a birthday card from him nice to be remembered and someone taking the time to write a card these days means a lot.

Beautiful store and staff is not friendly. The girl was playing on her phone and did not greet clients.The guy was doing some stupid jokes and too pushy. When asking some technical questions, his answers were not professional.He was hesitating a lot so I was not feeling confident to buy a Hublot watch over there.Very disappointed by such a high end brand.

Have been looking at the Spirit of Big Bang for awhile now. Walked in to take a look and Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. Help us try on a few watches and answered any questions we had to make sure we could make our best decision.

This was my first experience buying a luxury watch and I must say Omar provided the most exceptional customer service. He spent more than a couple of hours explaining details of the watch and going over options and features. Not to mention, he came on his day off to accommodate me. I will make sure that to recommend Omar to all of my family members and friends. Exceptional service and very happy with my purchase!!

I’ve always been met with nothing but excellent service and communication when needing anything. I highly recommend Jonas at Hublot Yorkdale for anyone looking at entering the world of luxury timepieces. I assure you that you will not be disappointed!

An absolute disaster in customer care with no regard to the client whatsoever.I dropped my watch to have it repaired after my 60 sec dial stopped working 8 months into ownership and it took 3 months to get it back.When I asked why it failed they reply back stating its routine maintenance, which is absolutely not true.The staff is a disappointment at every level with no effort to help or find solutions to problems or to assist the consumer.After several email reminders they now place me in touch with head office for them to explain why my watch needed repair and what the score of that job was.I'm truly disappointed with this experience, did not expect anything close to this from such a brand.
