Absolute slowest drive thru I've ever encountered. 2 cars ahead of you so you'd think this will be quick still 15 plus minutes. Why does it take 5 minutes of waiting at the drive thru speaker before anyone acknowledges you're there and then the same at the window. Hire more staff it's desperately needed. Coffee is always burnt. Donuts taste stale. I don't know how they're still open even as a franchise. Worst Tim Hortons location I've been to.

Get ready for super long wait times in drive thru. Very slow service. They really need faster employees. Food and drinks are bad quality than other tim hortons. Dont waste your time . If you can please rrive to somewhere else.

Nice location inside. Full menu. Open 24. But man oh man this drive thru is sloooooowww. The slowest one I've ever been to. Went inside and saw their tracker. Wait times were pushing 15+ minutes. I don't know why they're so slow. They are well staffed and everyone is busy. So not sure why. But be prepared to wait.

I visited Tim Horton's location at 120 Surrey BC Canada recently and found the service to be quite good. However, the only issue I faced was the shortage of workers which caused a long wait time. The staff was courteous and friendly, but they seemed to be understaffed which led to delays in orders. Despite this issue, the quality of food and drinks was up to par with the brand's standards. Overall, the experience was good and I recommend visiting this location, but be prepared for a longer wait time than usual due to the shortage of workers.

Probably one of the freshest donuts I've ever had. Might have just timed it luckily, only been there once. The drive thru took quite a while for each vehicle. Even with two lanes, only one lane was helped at a time, and long gaps when switching between.

Got a sausage belt, with no lettuce, and it look like a triangle, not a circle.I didn't take one bite of it, went back into the restaurant to ask them if they can please make another one for me.They were so disrespectful and they are talking to themselves about it saying that it was fine and that I should just eat it. Not understanding. I can also speak their language.I felt so disrespected, I told him to keep the triangle and I don't need anything from them. Even though I already paid for the food. I have my own pride.Do not eat here, and if you work here. You have to realize that we pay for this food. And if you don't want to serve us, then get another job, or at least be respectful to people when they show you respect.

I’m so happy with my last visit when ` Harman’ served us on the drive thru. She was very nice to us specially my daughter and she was serving food with big smile on her face. Thanks a lot for your such a good service you made me day!

Not good a drive thru. Morning time one coffee and bagel took 10 min. We call it drive thru………..! Then i got my order not fresh bagel. So called there cold tea. Wow if we speak something that this is not hot how it suppose to be then you all knows well what happen. Bagel was not fresh either.

Poor customer service. They took the order and started chatting among themselves like having fun. Instead of packing my order they were busy chatting. In my 50 pieces timbits I found 2 half timbits looked like they were bitten. And my 20 pieces timbits I found only 19 pieces alone with one half looked like bitten. Poor customer service and staffs are unprofessional.
