Service is quick and food is at par compared to other locations.Front staff looks like she has a very bad day. I said thank you and be very polite to her but no smile at all.No napkins, ketchup or hot sauce unless customer asks.

Bought ghost pepper wings, the meat tasted and smelled like it’s gone bad. I had to throw everything in the garbage. Cost me $10+. Don’t know why they still sell it , first time here and never come back!

Poor service. Messed up my order as I ordered the combo 3 piece chicken. I waited as the manager was quickly ringing up orders for this lunchtime rush. 3 people ahead of me waiting for their orders. They got their orders and 4 people behind me ordered and they for their orders ahead of me. He looked at at me what are you waiting for. He was more worried about ring in orders and not expedite them. I told him a 3 piece combo is what I ordered. He was looking for the ticket and told the girl to give me a extra piece of chicken for messing up. I grab my order and left back to work and guess what they forgot my fries. What a disorganized operation. Never again go here.

Chicken is not crispy, seems like it's been sitting for some time. Ordered a Tuesday special with an addition piece. The cashier did not notify there's a price different between a drumstick vs thigh. The cost for Tuesday special is $4ish, with the additional piece it becomes $8. Cashier did not offer any help to the customer on maximizing the money spent. Seems like the only thing this location is good at is to nickel and dime the customer.

I bought a few daily specials on Saturday, April 11, 2023. The chicken strips were more nuggets or 1/4 size Strips that were over cooked it tasted stale. The peas and rice tasted chalky and had no flavour it was under seasoned. This location is somewhat “New” but the are not cooking there food to Popeyes Standards. What a waste of food and money. I don’t recommend going to this location because you will be disappointed.

Ordered a 4 piece combo and the 2 mini sandwiches, and both are not fresh. Chicken taste and looks like it’s been cooked for awhile as you can see in the picture. Also the drumsticks from the 4 piece combo looks so tiny and meatless, and didn’t get any white meat from the combo. Fountain drink is very flat even without ice, can’t imagine how it would be with ice.Would not recommend unless they change how cook and keep their meats.

This is the slowest Popeyes location I've ever been to. What kind of quick service restaurant doesn't make sure they have enough chicken available at peak (dinner) times? I had to wait 20 minutes for my order of 3-pieces mild. The staff do nothing to explain the situation. When the new batch was finally ready, the staff didn't start serving the orders immediately with any sense of urgency despite there being 10 or so other customers also waiting. The staff walked around aimlessly and no one was at the counter. Horrible service.

Bought from here few times before, but quality of chicken today was really bad. The chicken were very greasy, not fresh and didn’t taste good at all. And the drumstick was sooo tiny! Very disappointing.

The specials are attractive, but the food quality control is terrible. Sometimes it's fresh fried chicken, but most of the time they refry the fried chicken, so it's very greasy, and refried chicken has a lot of oil.

Ok review for today's order ... 10 piece family meal ... 6 of the pieces were drumsticks ... Not one piece of white meat! Usually this location is really good. Here's a photo after my daughter already took 2 drumsticks ... Make sure you specify which types of pieces you're expecting.
