This store has a great variety of collections, although the discounts offered are not as significant as those at other Tommy Hilfiger outlet stores. Additionally, the sales associates could benefit from being more engaged with customers.

Shirt was ripped off after 1st wash, signature brand. Contacted Tommy and never bother to replace or refund. Don't trust on this brand anymore, worst customer service and don't spend big amount on this brand. NL

Very disappointed to see the store manager refuses bathroom access to my pregnant wife, even after telling her that it’s an emergency and she is due anytime, adding to that a very cold customer service experience, called back spoke to a different manager who apologized for the inconvenience but I don’t wish that experience to anyone. Also I wanted to thank the two ladies who helped us pick the orange hoody dresses for our girls and the one who helped us at the cashier on Saturday, it’s because of my wife and your great customer service that we didn’t return everything we had purchased. Customer service is not about sales only it’s an experience, I may come in the store just for fun but your service made me buy something. You can do better and I hope you will treat another pregnant woman with more information empathy and respect! Just wanted you to know how disappointed our experience was.

We come regularly from another city because Cambridge has our favorite store Tommy Hilfiger. Been wearing the brand since I was a teenager and now my daughter loves the brand. I wish I would of saved some of my Hilfiger clothes but luckily they did come out with the capsule collection.This store is very neat, clean and the employees are always helpful and treat us great! I always come home a happy shopper! Definitely will be back.

My spouse and I went with our two toddlers today. We were clearly shopping in the kids section. My toddlers were being loud (aka being toddlers and having fun). The sales associate/ acting manager? Rudley said to my spouse that the kids need to basically shut up. I get it, they were being loud, but she could have approached the situation in a more professional manner. Further, when we were leaving we heard them saying we weren't going to buy anything anyways." Not sure if this approach is part of the sales and customer service training provided by Tommy Hilfiger

Selling fake clothing in name of Tommy Hilfiger. Brought 1 Shirt last day, which was having fake logo on the shirt. Since I was using Tommy for quite long, it was easy for me to identify the difference in logo ( Was in rush when purchasing therefore didn't check it well before purchasing). I am looking in options to file a complain in consumer court rather than returning the stuff, as already many might have fallen in this cheating.

I went in for an exchange and bought something more expensive. They didn't give me additional 20% off for exchange because my bill was below $100 today. If you guys do a new purchase instead of exchange then offcourse you won't give me additional 20% off.But you need to understand that I came in for an exchange for something more expensive and I should have gotten the 20% off because my bill last week was for $300.Extremely unprofessional kids on cash . One of them was keep laughing as if I was a fool.Manager is extremely rude and instead of explaining. She got Hyper while talking.I returned what I went went to exchange. GOT LUCK!
