We had the pleasure of being serviced by Socrates. He was professional and went above and beyond. I hope the company will take care of him because He is a good worker. - on the day of cleaningA couple of weeks after - The sad part here is, I did not notice that the carpet was left soaking wet after cleaning and that it was important that it was dry as much as possible (We closed it off and gave it 12-24 hours untouched). After two weeks when it is completely dry, the outcome has changed and the carpet turned muddy and spotty everywhere. The real outcome revealed, this photo does not even do justice on how dark certain spots are all over which were not the case prior. It turned out, better to have let it not be cleaned if it will not be done properly.

Alberta Carpet Cleaning picked up and dropped off as expected. Dealing with their customer service representatives was pleasant. The carpet was very smelly with dog urine and there is now an improvement, although there is a hint of urine still there if you stick your nose to it.EDIT: once the rug aired out for a 48 hours, all odours, except for the smell of a shampoo or something, seemed to be gone. Well done Alberta Carpet Cleaning!

Had our carpets cleaned yesterday, they look so much better, have confidence that they are clean and fresh. Had them treated because of pets, great improvement. Would recommend this company, reasonably priced, did a good job . Thank you

I was really impressed with my service, the technician did a great job. My only complaint which isn’t really a big deal I guess is, upon arrival they stated they’d need to charge more for my couch because it has a pull out ottoman. I do understand the charge, it’s just all too familiar to be charged more than the quote when the time comes. Over all, I will likely call these guys again when I do my carpets again :)

Socrates was very friendly & cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with the carpet cleaning at my parent’s home. He was very hardworking and did an overall excellent job.There was one minor area that after drying needs a little bit of extra attention, however the office was great to deal with to ensure customer satisfaction on this and dispatching cleaner to go over that area again.Would recommend their services and the representative Socrates!

Wonderful service. Prompt, professional, and tech was extremely good to the two pups in the house. Went out of his way to make them feel at ease. Highly recommend and will use their service in the future. Carpet smells great too!

They sent one gentleman to do the job. He was professional, pleasant to deal with and clearly experienced at his job, as he walked me through realistic expectations of what could be accomplished. He was quick and the carpets look 100 times better than they did! I’m impressed and will definitely use their service again to maintain the quality of my home.

They were able to get us in right away and showed up exactly when they said they would. Our carpets have never looked better and the service was so quick. Definitely will use again!

To book a appointment is thorough so there are little questions for the technician when he arrives. You are kept updated when he will arrive and upon his arrival he is very professional and explained what was going to take place.The only thing that was partially my fault was making sure he had space to park his vehicle close to the house to run his hoses into the house. This could be a reminder given when booking the appointment as well. Overall a very good experience and highly recommend them.
