The doctor is very nice and professional. however, the receptionist is very rude and the phone number is extremely hard to go through.

I don't know what sort of booking practice this place is implementing, but even if you have your appointment booked, expect to wait at least two hours. It's absolutely ridiculous and it makes you feel like you're living some third world country.

Had this doctor for a family doctor over 30 years. after about 8 years not making a visit because I have been healthy all thus years. I was involved in an accident 3 days ago. I call this doctor office for an appointment. the reception was very rude to me .she told call back in an hour. I call back in an hour and the reception told me this doctor doesn't want to see. So sad . I live in Canada for 42 years. better in the good all day. WHAT HAPPEN TO THUS COUNTRY?

Reception line never pick up. Good luck if you need to get a hold of them. Doctor is really good. Please coach your team members to pick up the phone.
