Just purchased a new 1500 ram from Midland Chrysler. While the experience wasn’t perfect, there were some communication issues, I always judge a company/organization on how they deal with these issues. And in this case they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I would recommend Midland Chrysler. My salesperson was Josh who I would also recommend.

I purchased my Ram prior to moving into the Wasaga area, and had to choose between Midland and Collingwood to have my truck serviced. I cannot comment on the Collingwood Chrysler location, but I have nothing but high praise for Midland. I have never waited more than a couple of days if I need something addressed. I simply text Ashley P when I need to schedule an appointment and she always responds promptly. Mike, Matt and Peter, and everyone else I have dealt with in the service department make me feel like a valued customer and I am confident that my truck has been properly taken care of when it’s returned to me. I haven’t done a thorough scan of service pricing in the area, but I believe that they are fair and I don’t question their ethics in the slightest. If you have to wait for your vehicle, the lounge area is modern, comfortable and there is a lot of space. I’m happy I chose Midland Chrysler and would recommend them to friends and family.

Just bought a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie from Leigh Armstrong and what a great salesman—no pressure and highly experienced—been selling Cars for years and really knows his business. Everybody working there is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I’ve been driving top of the line luxury cars for years as my livelihood is Real Estate Sales and I can honestly say that this is the most amazing vehicle that I’ve ever owned, and that takes in Jags, BMW’s, Cadillacs, Range Rovers etc. I live in Burlington but the trek to Midland was well worth it. Midland Chrysler Team—-you’re the best !!

I traded in my Dodge Ram in the spring of 2022 and acquired a 2019 Qashqui. I love the car - it r drives nicely, is comfortable and not as hard in gas as the truck was.In October 2022, I purchased snow tires for the car at Midland Chrysler and had them installed there. The service was excellent, I didn't have to wait too long and the price was very reasonable. They stored my summer tires at no cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Midland Chyrsler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Initial interactions and service from Midland Chrysler met the expectations of 4+ review; however, had an unpleasant experience later on. I did a test drive on a 2017 pacifica and decided to buy it. I brought it to the attention of sales person that brakes are not functioning properly once it went above 70 KMs. She informed me that such concerns will be taken care during safety certification. On the day of delivery, I was advised that front brakes are serviced and the backrotors have been changed.I drove back my Pacifica to Toronto and on my way, I felt that no work was done with brakes. I did not drive above 80-90 km / hour in the highway due to this safety risk and shared my concern with the dealer after reaching home. Next day i took it to a service centre and checked the brakes. They had serviced the brake without proper inspection and the front brake pads needed immediate replacement. They were surprised when i said that i just got it from a dealer and they advised me to go back to the dealer. I informed the dealer again and i was told that the manager will call me on the same day afternoon. Unfortunately, no response until this day and now it is 10+ days. For whatever reason, they compromised my safety and safety of many commuters in highway. Just wondering how do they compromise in safety and quality of service.
