Consentia: Scanning, Data Entry, and Transcription

I met Rod and the Consentia team when we began our records digitizing projects in 2019.  Their collective knowledge base and commitment to support served to facilitate the best project solutions for our school division.  We began with digitizing over 6000 student records, obtaining custom programmed scanners and using them in our schools doing the work ourselves.  Then we moved to digitizing and cataloguing blueprints, securely sending these off to Consentia for scanning and safe return.  Both of these services are of the best quality.  Individually, Rod has always been a treat to work with and connect with even when we don't have any projects on the go; and the programmers were prompt and knowledgeable.  Their commitment to and focus on client needs with a professional finish is why we will not hesitate to continue working with them anytime we have another project come up.

I recently engaged the services of Consentia for document managing and Cloud Services. While the overall experience was not satisfactory, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the director of sales. Their unprofessional conduct and lack of communication made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. Despite my attempts to clarify my concerns, the director of sales was dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the issue. I understand that business is challenging, but the lack of customer service from the director of sales left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend the company's services and I would advise potential clients to be cautious when dealing with the director of sales.
