Cool landmark! Nice place to sit at in the summer and take in some sunshine or enjoy the various festivals that go on around it. Lots of free short term parking around, also some metered parking. Definitely an iconic place for Kitchener. There is a Little Rock garden with water and neat artsy things behind the clock tower as well (there’s a chest in the water and a guitar case somewhere as well). They are made out of stone/rocks/etc. Really big field in front of the tower. Some vegan chalk art popping up recently on the tower.

This is a cool place for photographs and for just sitting in the sun. It's a lovely piece of history moved from a building that was destroyed and into the park where it can be enjoyed.

Clocktower of the Old City Hall Building
The clock tower is one of the true landmarks in downtown Kitchener and overlooks an assembly of man made pools of water. One isn’t allowed to play in them but they do add to the ambience of such a special place. Best times to visit are early morning and after dark, when it’s less busy. At night the location is lighted and looks much as it’s moniker would indicate.
