Greatest vet EVER!!!They're very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, friendly, and caring!!Their facility is super clean!!They answer all of your questions in language that you can understand. They go above and beyond.Blood and x-rays results are ready in 20 minutes and cost less than half the price of other veterinarian clinics in Medicine Hat!! When you take your pets here, it's a win, win, win!!I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!!Thank you very much, Dr. Brandt!!!

Dr. Manson is so soft spoken putting animals at ease. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He euthanized our very sick 15 yo cat with such compassion.

We just recently switched to Horizon because our kitties doctor moved there. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was, and everyone was super nice. The staff and our Dr. spends the time to answer any questions and shows you how to administer things if necessary! I've been there twice in the last year and I've only had great experiences.

Amazing staff from the front desk to the techs to the vets! Very friendly, capable and caring. You feel like you're among friends while you're there whether it's a stop in to grab food or calling to book an appointment. Everyone remembers your name, your pets name and asks after your pets. We had an emergency with our senior dog and they were able to see her right away, clearly and concisely explained our options for treatment and what the cost difference was for all options. No pressure to do unnecessary testing or procedures. I highly recommend them to everyone with a pet they love!!

Dr Manson has been amazing with my dogs, and their quirks. The front staff and techs are so quick at what they do, and are extremely nice. Very responsive to out of hours emergencies as well.

My pup became very sick very fast… I called and they got her in immediately!He didn’t push anything (like tests,ect) if both we didn’t think it was 100% necessary. He went into great detail to explain every option before going forward with any tests, treatment or meds to let me decide how I wanted to move forward.By the time I got her home she was already feeling better… few hours later she was back to her normal self! Dr Brandt and Dr Manson are the best in town ALWAYS!

Amazing team. Dr. Brandt & Dr. Manson are wonderful and I would never take any of my animals anywhere else (Canines & Felines). Incredibly kind and informative. Followed them to their new clinic; they have given my animals great care and have treated me so kindly. The rest of their staff is just the cherry on top. Cannot stress how amazing they are. And how much I trust them to care for my beloved pets. Any animal brought to this clinic will be in trustworthy and caring hands. Even every phone interaction has been an equally wonderful experience.
