Great park! lots of shade areas.the men's washrooms was very clean, however the women's was dirty and smelly, according to my partner. there's an ice cream place. there are lifeguards during summer.I'm here on a busy saturday and the parking was full but after waiting shortly someone freed a spot. And it's free to park

Old neighborhood of mine. Park is always packed with families and children enjoying nature and family time. Park is very neat and clean even with all those people bbq ing. grilling. having picnics and such.

Our favorite beach in the west end. Water quality status could be more clear, feel like the City could implement a different system.

The beach is not bad but the sand is not very clean for a walk through with barefoot.... The good point is that there is a Lifeguard on duty. Public washrooms available. The public parking lot might be full on a busy summer day because there is a picnic area , playground and splash pad.

This place is just so good with kids park and beautiful beach and good for cyclists too.It has ice cream truck on weekends which is super yummy. We haven't seen anyone swimming in this and I have read that is not recommended to swim here. It was quite crowded the day we went and feels lively to be here in Spring. Quite reachable via Public transport too. 800m walk from bus stop to be more precise.Had a wonderful day with family.

Very nice park with a little beach to relax but quite crowded during summer season on weekend so come early if you want to get a spot

Less crowded compared to other beaches. You can spend whole day, have barbecue and can hire cycles and ride to beautiful trails to Etobicoke and Waterfront. You can find geese and water fowls. Place is even good for kids. Water is not that clean and washrooms are dirty.

I loved it. It's just the right place to if you like beaches. You could even have a picnic and it's free!

It's one of the 'nicest' most peaceful beach experiences Toronto has to offer. It's a hidden oasis in the early mornings - at least on weekdays - where I'm known as 'the book lady' to the many cyclists and some of the friendlier local dog walkers on the boardwalk. It's also THE cleanest sandy strip I've ever seen on any portion of Toronto's side of Lake Ontario, thanks to city parks worker Frank and his crew. He's often out there in the early morning hours, clearing the sand of large stones to clear the way for him to pass over the sandy beach with his big trusty grader.
