Excellent. We have no issues with them and the chimney was cleaned in 15 minutes. The technician noticed some major cracking in the fire bricks on the interior of the fireplace and recommended replacement before being used. Jordan was very informative about the cost. I will be using them for repair in the future. I purchased the chimney cleaning service . Recommend this company.
