We took a family member there straight from the airport from.Cuba, she had never been to Starbucks before. The was very patient, polite and he even spoke Spanish. Two thumbs up for this place!

Coffee is good, but everyone has different tastes.The seating is quite shoddy though, as it's really built around people standing waiting for drinks. Quite a cold atmosphere, not very inviting.

This is the worst service I have received in a long time. It seems like the Barista was having a bad day and she took it out on me. She gave me the wrong order and when told her, she ignored me and walked away. She came back with a cup of syrup and told me to add it to my drink and mix it myself. I just had to laugh at the whole situation.

Prime location, close to several restaurants, barber shops, a pharmarcy, a postal office, a Fortino's, and a pet store. A few minutes' walk to downtown Oakville.Friendly staff, always work with a smile and greet everyone who walk though the door. I could sit there for hours without feeling pressured to make a purchase and when I do, they make sure to get me exactly what I want and more. Botched drinks are on the house, which is nice.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I can't complain all too much (besides the pricing of course, but we all already know this), because as much as I say that I don't like Starbucks, going there for the occasional coffee or fancy" drink is always a good experience. Service is decently fast too given the quantity of online orders they are receiving."

Friendly if slow service, but the regular size iced cold latte essentially tasted of water and milk mixed with ice and at six bucks, that's a bit of a joke! Did not notice a taste of coffee in there. Only reason I stopped off was because I was given a gift card. Never liked Starbucks coffee and I don't get why it is so popular. Just about everyone else does it better and at way lower price. Nice newer building. Lots of tables, seating inside and out. Has plenty of parking.

This location is one of the worst I have been to, to the point of leaving a review. There is zero customer service here! When we first arrived we waited 5 minutes and we’re not even greeted. I decided to order from the app, as there is no one addressing us. This is after we have been here for approximately 10 minutes. A barista finally greets us, and my friend places her order with her. They of course get her order completely wrong, and charged her for the wrong drink, then she addresses it, and the barista takes no ownership for the issue and “refunds” her. Now I have waited 5 minutes past when my mobile order was supposed to be picked up, and they haven’t even started it yet! Best part is, my friend checked her card and their “refund” was 3 more charges! They couldn’t even manage that. After a half hour and having to go to the manager, we leave disappointed and our drinks are not even correct.

Place is nice and plenty of seats but you need to order online. The staff are so busy getting online orders ready that they ignore customers in the store. Waited over 10 minutes to get served with 2 people in front of me

The staff here is very friendly. It’s not so busy during the day which is perfect for getting some work done
