We had the opportunity to work with George Paranthaman and would highly recommend him for any real estate needs. As first time home buyers, he walked us through the entire process and made sure we were well informed and comfortable every step of the way. He was always responsive and made sure we found the perfect property that works with our needs. We look forward to working with him for all our future real estate needs.

Don't buy from them! They sold us a house infested with mice, and hid all the evidence during the inspection.

I’m writing in regards to my experience dealing with one of the salesperson in this brokerage-Vany.She is the representative of my landlord. She is being extremely unprofessional many times during the whole process. I already filed a complaint through RECO but just want to share my experience with everyone else. So hopefully you won’t be in the same position as me.My landlord is trying to sell the place during the period of CoVid-19. I understand so I am trying to be as helpful as I can during this difficult times. but I feel like the whole process is not done in a professional way and it started to causing pressure mentally. My mental health is worse because of this and I had to start seeking for counseling. Please see attached for the whole conversation with the agent. I have list out some situation below for your reference (the last one is the most serious one as my privacy is being strongly violated).First of all, They did not try to limit in person contact. As you can see one day after their initial visit they want to come up just to hang up pictures. The viewer that came up did not remove their shoes. I have carpet in my room. After I rejected showings, she promised to enforced the guideline strictly with sanitizer but she never did. The most recent visit on June 27th people still with shoes on. CoVid-19 is very challenging for me because I am here alone in Canada without OHIP coverage. I couldn’t go back home with the current pandemic.Secondly, They wanted me to move my sofa and the boxes. I tried to move the boxes as much as I can but I don’t have anywhere to move it to and I believe I have the right to put my furniture as the way it is as for the moving boxes, I need them to move out so there is no way for me to remove all of them. But they still keeping pushing me to. This makes me extremely upset.Thirdly, they asked me if I can move early which I agreed as long as they prorated me(see pictures for details). After finished negotiated for everything, they push further to want me to agree with 2 hours showing notice and move my boxes then I will get back my prorated money. I find this ridiculous.Lastly, this is the most important part. As CoVid cases has been declining, I agreed to showing with 24 hours notice. I think this is reasonable as I have to make plan to step out of the unit. She agreed. On Thursday June 25th afternoon at around 5:30,she texted me and let me know there will be a showing coming in tomorrow at 10-11. Even though it’s not a 24 hours notice, I agreed to it as I know it’s a challenging time to sell the unit. However, the next day Friday 26th, I stepped out of the unit for the entire hour but no one comes in. I thought maybe they just didn’t show up so it’s fine. BUT on Saturday morning June 27th at 10am, there is people knocking at the door when I was still sleeping which I did not answer. I thought it’s some noice next door because I didn’t expect people coming. Then the viewer and the agent came in which I’m completely not ready. I’m still in my tanktop and shorts. I told the viewer agent that the showing was supposed to be yesterday. He said it’s today and he just got off the phone with Vany. Then I showed him the text from Vany from Thursday showing the time and date. Then he showed me their email showing it’s actually for today so it’s not his fault. so I had no choice. I had to let them in. After that I confront with her about the time, she just say oh I’m so sorry it’s today. THATS IT!And I’m sure She knows they are here because the agent called her when his downstairs. She even texted me when I was sleeping (so I missed it) to open the lobby door downstairs for them. But I didn’t expect anyone coming. She could’ve reject it knowing it’s her that make a mistake to gives the wrong time. I’m extremely uncomfortable since I’m living by myself. And this is not the first time she’s being unprofessional and pushy. These situation made my mental health worse. I couldn’t sleep at night. After today’s incidents I’m very worried about my safety in the unit!

Not a professional agency. Just want to eat your money. Not responsive, very rude. Giving fake information, do not understand the act. *Do not trust them!* DO NOT use them as your agent. You'll lose all your money and all your rights.
