LILA'S ACUPUNCTURE

Lila is an amazing practitioner! Her space and energy put me at ease immediately, and I always feel so much better after I see her. Lila helped me with nausea when I was pregnant, and prepping my body for labour and delivery, postpartum anxiety after my baby, and migraines throughout it all. She is always learning something new, and gives so much of herself to patients. She went the extra mile for me when I really needed it, and I’ll never forget it.

Lila is awesome! She took real time to understand the root of the issues i was facing and meticulously address them. She will walk you through the whole process as well. She is a partner in your health.

Lila is so incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable! I was nervous about trying acupuncture for the first time, but Lila was able to completely put me at ease by her gentle demeanour and obvious knowledge/skill. Acupuncture with Lila has significantly decreased the number of migraines I get each month, and decreased the severity of them when I do still get migraines. Acupuncture with Lila always leaves me feeling so much better. If you are thinking of trying acupuncture, Lila is seriously the gold standard for acupuncture and I would highly recommend to everyone to go see her!!

Lila is fantastic!! Her knowledge and passion for Chinese Medicine and her dedication and genuine care for her patients and their health is unparalleled in every aspect! As a previous skeptic of acupuncture with a lifelong phobia of needles, I was very hesitant to book in. But I had a couple friends and a few family members that hat have been recommending Lila for years so I finally decided to give it a shot. Because I have a needle phobia, Lila ensured all of her needles were covered up for my appointment (I don’t even want to look at a needle or I get freaked out and she was so understanding and patient with that!), she never pressured me to have needles (she offered alternative methods of treatment to acupuncture that we used to eventually ease my way into the acupuncture after a few sessions) and repeatedly checks in on my comfort level throughout every single appointment.Lila was also a register nurse before pursuing Chinese medicine so she has a ton of experience and knowledge surrounding Western medicine too which I love because she can offer a very well rounded and unique perspective on my treatment that I don’t get from my family doctor.Lila was able to treat my (previously treatment-resistant) stomach/spleen/digestive issues and, within a few months, was able to almost completely get rid of my pain and discomfort. I have also experienced the first-hand benefits of her acupuncture & other treatments for mental-health-related issues as well as chronic joint pain.I honestly had no idea just how much of a positive impact acupuncture/Chinese medicine could have on my mental and physical health. But I can saw, without a shadow of a doubt, that my physical and mental health would not be where it is today without the help of Lila. Lila truly cares for every one of her patients as if they are her own family.

I started to see Lila after having my baby. She helped me by providing post pregnancy and fatigue care. She is very caring, attentive and personable. I enjoyed our sessions because she has a lot of knowledge to share about acupuncture.

It was over a month before I was able get in to see Lila for back pain, but the wait was more than worth it.  There were other acupuncturists that had immediate appointments available.  There’s a reason.  I’m so glad that I waited. Although I was initially nervous to get acupuncture, Lila put me at ease with her medical knowledge and her compassion.  If your fortunate enough to get on her patient list, she’ll take great care of you.

Lila is very knowledgeable, professional and passionate about her practice. She is very thorough in her treatment plan and really cares about her clients. I started seeing her about 2 years ago and appreciate her calm and kind nature. She always follows up, offers helpful advice and changes treatment plan as needed. Highly recommend!

Lila’s Acupuncture is amazing! In the beginning I was uneducated and skeptical about acupuncture. The first session I had was when I felt flu and cold-like symptoms the day before a vacation. Lila was able to get me in on short notice for treatment. The next day I was feeling 95% normal and the second day after my treatment I was back to 100%! My next sessions were for a pulled muscle in my back that massage and other methods weren’t able to help, and Lila was able to help my healing process exponentially! I’ve been seeing Lila for almost 2 years. She is very friendly, professional and personable. The friends and family I have sent her way have also become loyal clients, because she is so awesome!
