We are very pleased with our renovated bathroom! We started with a design in mind that steadily got better as Scott and Frank weighed in with options. Our cabinetry, vanity top, and shower fixtures decisions were facilitated by having either Frank or Scott along. Their involvement lent an informed and experienced voice to our design decisions. We were also very comfortable with the sub-trades working with Knottwood. We would highly recommend Knottwood for renovation projects and would definitely use them again.

We’ve used Knottwood Construction for 3 major renovations that included kitchen, bathroom, flooring and exterior designs and remodels. They bring years of experience, quality workmanship and a contemporary style that resonates with home buyers. I also appreciated their advice on how to maximize our budget by strategically incorporating higher end finishes and products in certain areas. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with this construction company. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other companies, but these guys were true professionals. They cleaned up at the end of their days, the work was high quality and we were so glad we chose to use them. They did a great job with our basement development and love the final product.

Knottwood construction developed the basement of our duplex. They worked with us, from helping us lay out our own floor plan to making sure the paint was the perfect colour and the doors were swinging to our specifications.Frank and Scott were great with communicating updates to the project schedule and advising amateur interior designers on bathroom design, tile, ceiling texture, and everything in between.We were very happy with the final result, although our house felt very quiet without visits from Scott, Frank, and their friendly and professional subcontractors. After meeting with several contractors, we selected Knottwood Construction for the full development of our walkout basement. From start to finish, Frank and Scott and team were a true pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, through framing and finishing, they were personable, professional, and focused on delivering the completed project exactly as we'd pictured it.The project included a wet bar with a concealed laundry area, a tiled fireplace with custom built-in shelving, a full bathroom, a small games area, and storage room (we had them replace the hot water tank too). Attention to detail was top notch throughout, including in the selection of trades for specific parts of the job.We appreciated the guys willingness to work with our ideas and make experienced and informed suggestions to get the best outcome possible.We are 100% satisfied with the work and all aspects of our beautifully finished basement and wouldn't hesitate to hire Knottwood Construction for future renovations.

Knottwood did a significant amount of renovations on the inside and outside of our house and it all looks outstanding. Everyone who came to our house was super friendly and easy to communicate with.
