I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but after how much these guys helped me out I had to come here and let everyone know.My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. Jonathan and his team have always helped me with my normal car repairs, and have always been great.But this time I showed up unexpectedly, and quite emotional.Jonathan came out and reassured me everything would be taken care, and not to worry.The office staff was so helpful in getting my rental car, and getting my car in as fast as possible.It was estimated to take about 12-14 business days, these guys had it done within 8 days.David even reached out to me after hours to let me know it was done, and then Jonathan came in on a day the shop was closed just so I could get the car back early.These guys went above and beyond for us, and I can’t tell them enough how much we appreciated it.

Made an appointment to get my alignment checked on my Dodge Grand Caravan as another shop said it was off but didn’t give me specifics. From the moment I walked into Car Star, everyone was friendly. I dealt with Jonathan and he explained everything in detail. He showed me the diagnostic paper of my van’s alignment before and after, red showing what needed to be aligned then after how it was all green. Jonathan gave me a deal on a part I needed since it was in stock and I was able to get all the work done right there and then, without having to schedule another appointment. Their prices were also cheaper than what the other shop would of charged me so Car Star just gained me as a new customer for my future vehicle repairs.

The worst company to deal with. Don’t ever go there. Very unprofessional. They lie and they cheat and they’re super expensive. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE OWNER SAYS! Worst experience I’ve ever had with mechanic.

Customer service at this location is exceptional! They are knowledgeable and courteous. I had my vehicle repaired after an accident and it looks brand new including the paint job, it was blended perfectly. Jonathan makes sure that everything is done properly and pays attention to detail no matter how big or small the job. The pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.

Brought my car in for repair after being involved in collision, Jon was great to deal with from the time I walked in to get a quote until handing back my keys. The staff did an amazing job on my car, you can't even tell there was ever any damage. Jon and his team went above and beyond, when I sat in my car to leave I noticed they even cleaned the inside of my car. The front bumper and fender of my car were damaged. The damaged parts were repaired and painted promptly; I cannot even tell it had any damage before. Jonathan and everyone else working there were very friendly. I strongly recommend this shop.

Jonathan and the crew took serious care of my bumper after my car got hit, I appreciate the work they did and what they charged me. This place was recommended to me, and I would actually recommend it to others because they’re service is great. They even went the extra mile and fixed a dent and another chip in the paint that wasn’t from the accident AND replaced my tail lights for cheap.

I was in an accident and went through insurance and was hit from behind and needed repairs all to the back end of my Chrysler Town & Country. Was originally booked in three weeks after my accident to get a call a few days later for an appointment to be moved up from less then a week after my accident. Got my van in on the Monday and repaired my van by the Friday. Had excellent top notch customer service and very polite staff. Would recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks for everything including my sanity.

It was refreshing to deal with Jonathon and his staff. They appreciated my concerns with my classic car and were able to bring it back to where I was happy with the outcome. They were honest with me about their concerns, and that was a great relief for me. I would recommend this business, and will certainly consider using them again if the need be.
