We were so lucky we got Shanon Kelley as our realtor. As first time home buyers we needed some explaining and reminding and Shanon never made us feel dumb or ignorant. Selling and buying a new home is usually a very stressful time - not with Shannon and her team looking after you.Sale went like clockwork, minor staging recommended and home sold in a week and for over asking price.New home purchase survey found some issues which were dealt with in a quiet professional manner thru back and forth communication with sellers - nothing seemed to be a problem.I hope I don't have to move again for quite a while but when I do Shannon will be first on my list to call.

Shanon is lovely and has lots of patience and practices being a good listener! She took all my decisions in stride. I also had the privilege of seeing some homes with Jamie, her husband (another realtor) who is also fun and has great patience, like Shanon.
