**BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Kumar sales Rep and the GM Joe are the BIGGEST CROOKS in the industry. My elderly father showed up with a sample wood for a colour and size match. Kumar guaranteed that he could match it and the product would be identical. After weeks of lies and delays on when the product would be ready, we later discover through another employee that Brampton hardwood does not produce the size we requested (sample was 3 1/2

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give a less than one review, I would. Purchased flooring two years ago and had chipping/fading at the seams of my high quality laminate flooring" with a 25 year warranty. I was ignored by the manager (Frank) continuously. I had to hunt them down to get any response. Finally

Ordered and paid for product over 2 months ago. Initial payment was received on their end and since then, none of my calls have been answered and I haven't received any product. Will be discussing this grievance with the business burrow. Shame.

Daryl and Frank are awesome. Great to deal with, super friendly and helpful.Go in, phones are always busy! Would recommend going with Brampton hardwood, they are super competitive right off the cuff… you don’t need to shop around and find a price for them to beat. They are honest and up front which I really appreciate!
