I am really impressed with the amazing selection at Hardwood Plus. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but Rocco was super patient and knowledgeable.He was great at helping me narrow my choices very quickly by asking me questions I never would have thought of. He took the time to explain the differences between the types of hardwood and helped me figure out the perfect hardwood flooring solution for my upstairs! Highly recommend!

Amazing sales person who understands what a customer's needs without rushing u to make a purchase based on sales. After visiting 4 different places we felt like wow he understood our needs by listening we ended up with a choice that suits us best and we were extremely happy to meet him. Great selection of many different brands. Rocco really knows his stuff and is easily able to get more samples if you see something online. Very good pricing, he'll beat the competition for whatever you're looking for. He's making the shipping easy and flexible for me. Got the oak townsend engineered hardwood.

Wow. I cannot say enough how terrible and condescending we were treated. Absolutely disgusted with how we were spoken to. We were “greeted” with a rude attitude basically explaining that we needed money to shop there and got judged for how unknowledgeable we were. Don’t expect to go in shopping with a good experience. We quickly left after feeling the hostility. All we wanted to do was shop for flooring. I am in complete shock. Do not shop here. I’ve read other negative reviews and they were not lying.

Excellent customer service from the minute we walked in. We were warmly greeted by Rocco who educated us on the type of flooring we were looking for. Salesman Rocco was knowledgeable, personal and professional in his dealing with us. He answered our questions and showed us the options in our price range. The price was competitive and delivery of the flooring was on schedule. We used a recommended installer provided by Hardwood Plus (Graham) and he did an outstanding job. The flooring was laid beautifully and with great attention to detail. Graham was always on time and left his work area neat and clean. We would recommend Hardwood Plus to everyone and also recommend Graham as your installer. Great job gentlemen!

After searching high and low for a specific hardwood floor for our home project, Rocco came through for us with flying colours! He personally spoke with Reps from flooring companies and had samples brought in for us to view. Not only did he find exactly what we wanted and needed he did it at a price point No One else could even match!And the guy is a funny but pleasant character too! Talk to Rocco for your flooring needs, he will go out of his way for his customers!
