Ordered my lumber at 2:00 in the afternoon. Was delivered at 3:15. Good quality lumber. Was very impressed with the whole experience.

Ordered insulation to finish my detached garage. Specified framing and type I wanted. Stressed the importance of delivery for the weekend. I took delivery on Friday @ 3pm, it was wrong.The 5 star review is because of an Employee named Matt who understood the urgency, checked the order, ensured there was correct stock and got the truck back out to me before 4pm same day. Big thanks to the driver and boys in the back for the fast switch.Sometimes mistakes happen, how they dealt with it is the reason I would recommend their services.

I want to give them 0 star but there is no option... don't come over here for delivery,, I'm here 8:00 in the morning and now is 2:30 pm and they are still unloading,, never seen like this customer in my 7 years Trucking

Absolutely horrible customer service. They damage property and wont own up to it even with multiple witnesses and won’t pay for damage done. Would never recommend this place. Owner is extremely rude and they will expect you to cover their mess ups because supposedly they are professional. What a joke of a companyGuess I’m a huge scammer for mistakes made my this company who won’t return calls and won’t own up to anything. Great professionalism!!!
