The staff is nice but the store is very poorly stocked.Might help if the staff had any hands on construction experience...Over priced and poor quality tools. And in my 20 years in the construction industry I have never came across a hardware store that doesn't have carpenters pencils,either free with purchase or to just plain purchase. Haven't had n 95 masks in a year and a half. Rather pathetic in my honest opinion

Super helpful staff, also very friendly and knowledgeable! Every time I go in there I am greeted and asked if I need help before I even walk past the front desk area. I needed painting supplies, which I have minimal knowledge about. I accidently bought a paint product that I already had at home. When I brought it back to return it they had sea soil outside (2 types, potting and general) for less than $8.00 a bag, and they were massive bags. The staff happily put them into my jeep for me before I had even finished paying for them.They also were able to find and order chalkboard paint for me as they do not carry it in store, but were able to get some shipped in. Great customer service!

Great friendly staff. They will get you want you need. But expect the price of goods to reflect 10-15% more than down island.
