Fun interesting and always a feel good result!!!

Since starting with women's self-defense and kickboxing, I have now moved on to the full Martial Arts Spectrum. I am not a natural athlete therefore it's amazing that Justin and Nicole can teach me the different aspects of the arts. They offer online classes currently. It's good to be active throughout this time.

Great fitness studio! From kickboxing, fitness and learning belly dance they are able to provide a large variety of activities that keep your mind and body active. Being able to modify movements and workouts it keeps you knowing you can do it. They even offer children martial arts and belly dance for kids. The owner Nicole is an amazing teacher and shows her love for teaching with all the encouragement she gives. She is super talented with her 3rd degree black belt in martial arts and a purple belt in jujitsu she keeps active with you as she teaches and modifies on the spot. Her son occasionally teaches a course as he also has a 3rd degree black belt and together they have a combined knowledge that makes learning fun and great!

We love having our daughter in the Tot’s program here. We have noticed a huge impact in her confidence. Highly recommend. Amazing for all ages!
