Just picked up my new bike after meeting with Pierre for my fitting.I can't say enough about their wonderful attentive service. Pierre and all the staff (Andrea in particular) are very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in making sure all my biking needs were met. I would definitely recommend this shop if your are looking for a new bike or need repairs. Cycle Robert is the only place I will go to from now on!!! A+++

Very helpful and patient. Most of all they are HONEST. They could have took me for a ride and instead chose to kindly educate me on the issue at hand. Officially the only bike shop I will trust/recommend willingly.

Brought my bike in for the standard tune-up and now it's running like new. I had the nicest service possible. When my representative realized that I did a lot of groceries with my bike he suggested a rack and saddle bags, (very reasonably priced) which he not only installed but reinstalled when I had difficulty removing them. A clever tweak on his part has made them a breeze for me to remove now. It's that kind of personalized service that will make me a repeat client. :)))

Service service service! And educationI discovered this shop by accident when wanting to purchase a Trek Checkpoint AL3. The service and fitting offered by Pierre (owner) and his team is just on point! He is extremely knowledgeable too. He clearly cares about cyclists and the habits they build whole cycling. Highly recommend!!!!

Best customer service I've ever experienced at a bike shop! When you purchase a new bike, they make sure it's perfectly to fitted you. They also take time to explain everything from how to shift properly to mount and dismount techniques. This was especially important to me because I have mobility issues due to injuries.
