Best puff pastry I've ever had! Beautiful custard! Would give 5 stars, but I've noticed lately there's a taste of soap or something in the bread and some pastries. Maybe look into unscented handsoaps/dish soaps/body lotions, it really takes away from the beauty of your baked goods.EDITED: have been back a couple of times and am happy to say the soapy taste is no longer an issue. Can't help but wonder if perhaps equipment wasn't being rinsed thoroughly? Regardless it's been rectified. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

Very clean inside and out. The bake goods are AMAZING to say at the least. Extremely fresh and delicious. Decently priced and friendly staff. The only issue I had was that they sold out of their bake goods one time when I went, lol. I will be going back often :)

Delicious tea and scones, other baked goods are fantastic. A great place to sit right next to the book store. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing pain au chocolat today!Buttery, flaky, good chocolate to dough ratio. A generous amount of chocolate!Will be back to try other pastries for sure.Friendly lady behind the counter too.

Truly the most outstanding bakery. Breads are so good as are the savoury and sweet options. The people here are wonderful and helpful. During the week you can pick up the most delicious sandwiches.They absolutely have it all covered.

Best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had, hands down. But not just that: everything on the menu is extraordinary. You can tell a lot of time (and love) goes into each menu item. Love the staff and owners, too. A must-visit!

Good food, friendly staff, nice selection. The only problem is how tiny the front end is. Like, if there's more than a person or two ahead of you you're gonna want to wait outside. Still recommended.

A cute little store. I think only two customers in the space at the same time. I went there around Friday noon, not much items to choose from. I would recommend the pear frangipane other than the croissant. Sorry but I can’t help compare their products with the Miller’s in Kingsville. I personally enjoy croissants from the Millers much more. P’s croissant is rather dry and little fillings inside. 4.5 dollars for a mediocre croissant? I don’t think so. But the 6.5 dollars pear frangipane is worth my money.

Beautiful shop with wonderful goods. I got a beef and mushroom pie and a little raspberry pastry and both were excellent. A nice selection of interesting finishing salts, dips, dressings, and more as well. I look forward to visiting again.
