Comfortable place to stay, close to the Metro stop and rue St Denis with many restaurants. Breakfast is unique and delicious each day, made from scratch with attention to detail. Imagine having dessert as part of your breakfast! Nathalie is a great host, very sociable in English and in French, with lots of suggestions of things to do and see if you want. Merci, Nathalie! We will be back!

I stayed with Natalie and Robert in early April. I do not know where to start to tell you how , gracious , kind , helpful they were. On my arrival Robert gave me a wonderful overview of city / with walking , bus and train options . And answered so many of my questions.Natalie’s breakfasts were wonderful and she was ever so accommodating with her time.I had an incident with a taxi not showing up on one occasion; and a very early ride to the Airport on my departure. Both Natalie and Robert saved the day on both occasions.I can not thank you enoughRoom was perfect for my needs.

The reason why I booked this B&B rather than a hotel is because i thought i would be given a more personal experience but this was NOT the case! When booking this room the listing said it fits 4 people. However, upon arrival the host said this booking is only for 2 and that it would be an additional 10$ for each extra person if they opt out for the breakfast (in which me and my husband did). When telling my 2 daughters to go and eat breakfast in which we rightful paid for they came back as Nathalie refused to serve them even though we paid full price for at least 2 people to receive breakfast. That morning she had the most horrible attitude and was mad at us for something that was NOT OUR FAULT as this room was advertised as a room for 4 people! Throughout our stay we were ignored we were never spoken to only a hi and bye when leaving and entering the room compared to other peoples experiences. On top of the horrible hospitality and customer service we were promised FREE WIFI for our room but the connection did not reach our room! Thus, NO WIFI AT ALL not even ONE bar for the entire trip. I literally had to sit at the stairs outside of the room to get an internet connection so SLOW that I COULDN'T EVEN SEND AN EMAIL FOR WORK. We slept in room #5 (queen and double bed room) which had tacky old sheets with a brown stain on one of the comforters. The decor did not match the overall room with furniture older than my grandmother. The washroom was so tiny that i could not even turn around without knocking something over. In addition, the handle in the shower was made from TIN FOIL and TAPE! There is so much that was wrong about this room from the extreme lack of channels on the TV to the dogs in the neighborhood barking at all times of the night. This area is not family friendly place as there were people who were intoxicated outside at all times of the day and night. Nor is it buisness/work friendly due to the horrible internet connection. I am a travel nurse and if i was here for work i would be very stressed. It's sad to say this but If you're a majority (WHITE OR EUROPEAN) this will be a good place for you as you would be treated with the most respect and hospitality. But if you a MINORITY (person of colour) you WILL NOT be treated with respect or as a PAYING CUSTOMER. I wish i took pictures but I was way to upset at the situation and how i was scammed out of my money. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE!

Veryyy nice place to stay. Hosts are very kind and I liked French Breakfast. Internet is not so good but that's OK. If I'll return to Montreal I'm going to stay in this apartment.

Very warm and welcoming environment and hosts. Excellent and delicious little breakfast without meat. Gorgeous bathroom, very European style view from the terrace.

Excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood! The 2 main metro lines intersect at the station closest to the BnB. During check-in an in-depth explanation of activities and places to visit was given. Every morning a cozy breakfast was served with local ingredients and homemade recipes. If you travel by car free parking is offered.

Highly recommended in Montréal downtown. So close to metro entrance. Natalie and Robert are great hosts. Don't miss the three courses breakfast served by Natalie. Rooms are spacious with lots of amenties and common space that you can use.

Amazing bed and breakfast that has wonderful hosts. The breakfast is always delicious and elegant and the company of other guests very enjoyable conveniently located close tothe central station at Berri UQAM, which makes the whole city available by a quick hop on the subway. Will return to stay here again, and again.

Friendly and personable owners managing a beautiful bed and breakfast in a great location. Everything I was looking for and more. The room was very well appointed, there was even fresh water in the carafe which I appreciated. Nathalie's breakfast is reason to go back all by itself! Thank you Robert et Nathalie!

This is an amazing bed and breakfast. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Montreal to stay here.Location: Very close to everything. About 2 min walk to Berri UQAM metro station, 3 min walk to Rue St. Denis (bars?) and so on. Very easy to get everywhere of tourist interest from here.Price: Very reasonable per night, especially considering location, facility and service.Facility: We stayed in Room #5 which had a private bath. The room was clean, the bathroom was completely normal sized, and we enjoyed it immensely. Also, they provide a computer to use (communal) if you need it and there is free wi-fi. Word of caution, the wi-fi signal puttered out about 3 feet inside the door of Room 5.Service: the breakfast in the morning, prepared by Nathalie, were fantastic. 3 course breakfasts that never left you overfull, and always tasted amazing, featuring home made jams, egg dishes, and a sweet finisher. Fantastic.Robert, the (owner?) sat us down and showed on a map where to go and things to see, and how to get there easy.Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I strongly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Montreal.
