Have had our RV worked on on several occasions with challenging issues and satisfied with the job done and the friendly counter staff. Highly recommend this shop.

Bought a vehicle out of province and took it to Mainline for the government mandated safety inspection. They did the inspection quickly and at a reasonable price. Went to install new plates and realized the car came without mounting bolts. Cory and Ben in the Service area found some for me along with a ratchet to install. Appreciated them going the extra mile. Good people. Prompt friendly sevice.

Just needed my diesel truck literally warmed up from sitting for 6 hrs after running out of fuel. Had the tow truck company recommend this place towed it there before they were open. I went to a hotel and stayed up until they opened. Explained what happened and went to bed after 35 hrs up and almost obtaining frost nip. Woke up at 4 4:30 they close at 5. Asked how they made out and didn't even move the truck. It's a diesel it ran out of fuel.It's minus 40 out and windy put it on the corner of a shop plug in the block heater. Not necessary but put some de-gel or anti-gel which I always use in and then prime the pump probably have a booster pack or cables for the battery as it would be froze to.Told the individual I spoke to on the phone I had been driving for 3 days already from Alabama and just wanted to get home to my kids 9 hrs away. Ended up going there trying again my self to start it but just too frigid of temperatures for a cold start on an empty diesel. Yes could've pulled the fuel filter and changed it added some higher octane just into the filter but like I said it's -40 outside where my truck still is. So towed it to yes no word.of a lie Canadian Tire. Explained my case it's now just about closing for them. They kindly allowed the tow truck to drop it off in there shop they hooked up to the block heater turned the heat up a smidge in the shop even .Came back the following morning another 12 hrs away from my kids walked in they handed me the keys I walked back put them in the ignition and it fired right up paid them 16 dollars for overnight storage and was on my way.

It's NOT just for Fleet Vehicles...It's for ANYONE! I highly recommend MAINLINE FLEET SERVICE to anyone looking for a GREAT automotive repair shop. They explained everything to me in detail and I was always treated with respect by their employees every time I had an automotive issue...no matter the issue. They explained everything to me in detail. GREAT bunch of guys who definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of!! LADIES if you are tired of being treated like your stupid by other repair shops and are looking for an AWESOME place to take your vehicle where you will be treated respectfully...GO SEE the guys at MAINLINE FLEET SERVICE!!! They will take care of you professionally!!They also have a parts department there for the general public with extremely knowledgeable staff. Jason Peterman is the Branch manager there who makes sure his company runs like a well oiled machine. The parts department staff are very efficient at getting you the right parts in just minutes and if they don't have the parts in stock...they will find them for you!! They are a super bunch of guys too! Colin oversees the parts department and his crew Mike, Greg, Cory, John, Rick, Lyle and Vince are very knowledgeable and really know their stuff!! Decent service the gentleman was very friendly and very helpful,without part number not much he could do without the part numbers I couldn't find them so but you helped went above and beyond and helped me find the right place to get the part I was searching for anyway that was great the gentleman deserves a raise

Have used in past. Keep forgetting about when picking up filters and belts for farm. Will be using more as service is excellent and knowledgeable and prices are good.

Can't say enough about these guys!! I broke down this morning Called Derek and let him know about getting my truck towed into him and he was more then happy to have it. He had it on the hoist 1st thing when it got there. We were thinking it was the power steering pump when it 1st got there and that he would call when he knew more. Got a call shortly after lunch to go and see him. Arrived to find out that not only was it fixed,but all that was found was a fitting had worked it way loose off the pump and that was it. He charged me for labor and that is it. So many shops would have changed the pump and more but not this shop. I will continue to recommend these guy all day long. Yes I know the pump could be on it last legs after going dry but Like they said Try it and maybe I can get a couple years from it. Stand up company and stand up employees.

Mainline fixed our motorhome and went out of there way to ensure our used motorhome was safe and drivable.

We had a problem with our car and the gentle mans who work for Mainline Fleet Service made the days of my husband and mine a thousand times better. This garage is the best in Regina they are extremely professionals and they have real knowledge about cars and the issues on it.
