Extremely rude lady. Nasty attitude while trying to get some documents after a family casualty, zero empathy. Will try to speak to Consule because they are doing a disservice to the community having someone like her attending matters important to our heart.Edit: Thania and Mireya are great, is this other lady that has the terrible attitude....I won’t post her name to respect her privacy but by elimination you should figure it out.

Quick, professional and very efficient - we had our appointment at 9:15am and by 12 noon we had the visas stamped on our passports. The receptionist, the lady who checked our documents and the Consul were all very helpful and nice

is great, if you need a place to call, where no one will ever answer the phone. I've tried to call for 2 days now, and nothing but general messages . Maybe, is tequila celebration week. Viva Mexico !! yeeehe !!!!
