We have two boys enrolled in the Jr BTA program. Although one started out a little hesitant, they both love it. Coaches have been first class and are extremely engaging. They have made it fun and competitive but find time to focus on the individual details. Such important physical skills for active living and sport.

The workouts have been great and we love that you have been offering the option of virtual training throughout the pandemic. Our son is in virtual school and he does not have PE so far this year so the BTA workouts have been the perfect way to keep him active. Thank you!

The classes are a lot of fun, with really good energy. Scotty is an excellent trainer and makes sure everyone is getting the help they need, while also making it an enjoyable experience! This is coming from someone that never really liked the gym before!

I enrolled my kids in their Build the Athlete program one day weekly thinking that it would help them develop a bit of a stronger foundation for a variety of sports. We were so impressed with the improvement seen in both kids that after 2 sessions, we increased the visits to 2 sessions per week. Mikael is great with the kids and runs an incredible program that keeps kids having fun, while learning and maintaining a healthy level of competition. No matter what the sport is that your child is involved in, this program can only make them better! We will continue to be back.
