Been trying for a week to book my appointment - no one ever answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message so they can call you back. It's as if they're trying to avoid doing what they're apparently there to do.

I was disappointed with the receptionist's behavior. She did not inform me of the appointment timings during the booking process, which caused me to arrive at the clinic much earlier than my scheduled appointment time. When I showed her my prescription, she asked me to return at 4 pm without previously informing me of this timing. When I requested an earlier appointment as the clinic was empty, she refused and spoke to me very rudely. She later blamed me for not being aware of the appointment timing, despite her own failure to inform me. Her behavior was unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of the clinic. Better to go tothe Regina General hospital. These irani people have no respect for others.

+1 your phone calls will be ignored at this place unless it is called from a partnered clinic. Don't bother leaving voice messages they will not get back to you.

If i could give negative 5 I would. My baby is sick, they told me to bring her in AFTER THEY CONFIRMED SHE WAS A PATIENT. I drove my baby there as a first precaution that she won't need a hospital and when I got there they REFUSED TO SEE MY KID. This receptionist is one of the worst I have come acrossAlso hey Dr! Your receptionist said she is your manager! She is rude she didn't do her job even after you agreed to take my kids on as patients before.

I have been seeing Dr. Schussler for over 10 years. He has always provided excellent advice and treatment and answers my questions thoroughly. He is a very caring physician.

Negative stars as receptionist is very rude, her behavior over the phone is not acceptable at all. She will straight away ask you to go somewhere else. Dr's you really need to talk to her and give her some advice.

I wanted to cancel my appointment after rude service from the time I booked my appointment to receiving the service from my appointment. I suggest to go elsewhere, as will I in the future. The receptionist really needs to work on their customer service skills and provide relevant and accurate information as everything she told me was incorrect.
