Felt very relaxed after my first massage with Alex, after a long time between massages I was quite sensitive, she was able to tell how much pressure to use without me saying much at al . I feel great and also came home with a few tips to help myself as I go. Great job !!

New massage therapist located in shawnigan lake and I couldn’t be happier! Gorgeous space with tons of natural light and very clean and well thought out for visual relaxation as well. You know when they use white linens there not trying to hide anything lol. Had a full consultation rather then saying we have you booked in for a full massage. She wanted to know areas that I wanted too concentrate on while doing a full body massage. Loved the addition of hot towels for a few of her techniques! And asking permission before using anything scented. All in all this was an awesome experience that I will be coming back for. If you are looking deep tissue or not her pressure is more then enough when it’s needed. And one last thing! Like other places I have been too I wasn’t rushed out of there for the next client. I think she might book extra time for you to get up at your own rate? Thank you again for a great experience and keeping covid protocol a must!

I have been getting massages from Alex, monthly, for years! She is the best! Professional, informative, great communication. I love firm massages and she is more than capable, but makes sure you are comfortable. I 100% can recommend!

While I haven’t yet been to this new location, I have been treated by Alex at multiple other locations, and am always impressed at how carefully she listens to my concerns, formulates a plan to address them effectively, and then leverages her extensive knowledge with massage techniques to make the treatment as relaxing and memorable as it is effective. I have seen many RMTs and Alex’s treatments continue to exceed my expectations with her level of care (and she’s one of the few I’ve met that can offer the deep pressure I need sometimes!)
