Well maintained and fenced. People in the neighbourhood have left a large selection of toys for the kids. No dogs allowed.

Fun little spot near a large open field. Big kids park on the opposite side of the park.But shaded in the afternoon. Most of the park features are 2yr+ judging by the heights.

the new sewer pipe addition to the toddler park is proving to be quite difficult and troublesome... both for the children, and the freakin elderly trying to go shopping at the local neighbourhood grocery store!!!!
