Stay a way from this companyI called to Have a price for my door glass he quoted me $200 used one I called dealer it was $80 and I told him can you Match it he said go and get lost. For sure I will order from dealer

I wish I could give them 0.They said they had the correct part for my vehicle. They part the sent is from the incorrect year of car and doesn’t fit. After calling them, they essentially told me that they don’t care and I’m out the $300plus I give them. I wouldn’t trust them with any business and after seeing all these other bad reviews I wish I had checked here first.

What an awful and horrible business to deal with, extremely incompetent, nobody knows what's going. A thief, sent wrong part and doesn't want to answer any of my questions. Delayed for many months, not a single person would return any of my inquiries. Just LOOK at the reviews, no slander if that’s the truth !!! This place should be sued and shut down. They will only accept wire transfer , I’ll give you their info if you like. Worst business dealing in my 20 years with Automotive industry. The incompetence of this place is overwhelming, how could you stay in business! Will file a claim with Better Business Bureau for sure!!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Purchased a $1100 part from them late December ‘21, arrived a week later - part was from an older vehicle and in terrible condition. Reached out, was promised a replacement.. well a month and a half later still nothing. Do not buy from these crooks, your better of spending more elsewhere. Lies after lies, numerous follow ups and they just don’t follow through with their promise. Absolutely hideous service from these clowns, this business should be shut down.

I asked for a used 335xi 2009 front bumper he told me 750$ and i went to see the price brand new rice painted is 500$ The owner of the yard was really disrespectful he told me if i dont like the price the door is there leave the place now & i suggests no one to go to a place like that the customer service is 0 and have no respect we should all be careful to people like that there are trying to steel our money specially if you have no clue whats the new price of the part !!!

Promises inventory/parts. Closes randomly without warning and then when you do finally find them there the owner has no idea what he has in inventory or where. I.e. left without the promised parts. Do not go here. You will waste gas and time looking around the scrap yard for the parts you want.
