The store is very appealing, they have a variety of top cigars. I had a great experience choosing my type of cigars because of Amal, the lady at the store who helped me.Definitely recommended!

For a first time experience with this location and Havana castle I had amazing welcoming and expertise encounter, From the moment I entered I was warmly greeted then guided through their inventory based on my preferences. If you have not been to Havana castle..I highly recommend it! House cigars selection shockingly premium cigars not like any house cigars u get, amal put together great selection for me enjoyed all of them!! I left the store feeling like an aficionado, beautiful shiny store and incredible customer relation

Best cigar shop in the GTA! Gorgeous store spacious and clean… layout very eye catching, amal gave me a tour inside the humidor great selection, house cigars premium quality, she was very patient with me and knowledgeable educated me throughly, provided top notch service with a smile! Well recommended to all cigar lovers.. don’t miss out! Will be back soon to try more havana castle cigars

This is a well hidden gem in Whitby. The store is beautiful and well layed out.They have a huge walk in humidor with a vast selection of cigars at various price points. The prices were inline with other cigar shops I've frequented.They also have cigar accessories from lighters, cutters, beautiful humidors, etc.The person working in the store when I stopped in was very friendly and helpful. She recommended several cigars to me based on my flavor and strength profile.It's great to have another cigar shop in the Durham Region. I will definitely be back.

Walked in for the first time and was amazed by how beautiful the store was and how big the humidor was. Customer service was also extremely helpful, the woman who helped me was able to recommend me some amazing beginner cigars which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I will be back for sure to this location.

The lady there (her name slips my mind) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with picking out cigars that fit my taste preferences and budget. She was also very patient with me and answered all of my (rudimentary) questions. The cigars were all great tasting, and fresh! Thanks, I will definitely be back!

Gorgeous lady that works there walked me through the whole process of choosing the right cigars within my budget! Walked in on a whim while waiting for my pizza next door. It was My 1st time in a cigar shop. I was surprised the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. Leo was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase the right cigars and accessories as a gift.

Love this shop. Large walk in humidor with a nice selection of cigars. Very welcoming atmosphere with no pretentious vibes. Amal, the lady who works there is super friendly and helpful especially if you’re new to the cigar world. Highly recommend this place!

This was such an amazing experience!! Amal was so helpful and patient. I purchased a variety of cigars for a cigar bar for my wedding and Amal helped me pick the best selection for my price range. I will definitely be back to this location!!
