Working with The Nanny Solution was an amazing experience. As a career nanny, I've worked with many families, and often negotiated my own contracts, but with The Nanny Solution, all of those pieces are taken care of for you. They have excellent placements available, and support the nannies that they work with to find excellent positions with fair pay and great work environments. The staff is friendly and well educated, and available to support nannies not only in the placement process, but also throughout the duration. I would highly recommend The Nanny Solution, both for families and nannies alike.

The Nanny Solution
Unfortunately, the service received leaves much to be desired. No one should use their service. We had requested a Permanent Nanny Placement but they continued to send part time nannies through their sister company 'Nannies on call'. The nannies would show up late and were generally unreliable. Each time we'd leave one of the kids to their supervision, a generally happy kid would start crying. We feel that some of the nanny profiles submitted to us did not accurately reflect their true prior experiences since they appeared quite incompetent in engaging with kids. We wouldn't hire them even as baby-sitters, let alone as full time nannies.
