Arranged to get my chimney swept but was a no show on the day after organising everything for his arrival. Didn't answer my calls or texts about the appointment until middle of the day when I'd asked to tell me if he wasn't coming. Very unprofessional.

Very quick and clean service. Capped my chimney pot too, as I don't use the fire anymore. No mess afterwards and came back inside to do a final clean up.

Very impressed with John’s professionalism, quality of work, reliability, punctuality and courteous manner. Arrived at stated time, efficiently did his job and left no mess. Very helpful with advising me on how to stop cold drafts from chimney. Highly recommend. Very pleased with the service!

We couldn't recommend John highly enough. Experienced problems down through the years with our chimneys but the equipment john uses is fantastic and is performed in an extremely efficient and clean manner. John was extremely professional and fast. He certainly has gained a loyal customer with us. Will definitely be calling again next year. 10 out of 10!

Great job John arrived at the agreed time, did an excellent job, left the place absolutely spotless and the back boiler system is working perfectly which hadn't worked in years. We couldn't recommend this company highly enough. We will definitely use this company again and have already recommended him to family and friends.
