Twice I have had very poor service in the post office. No greeting, no pleasantries. Rude and curt. Makes you feel like you are bothering them to bring your business there.

The greatest Shoppers Drug Mart location in the area is this one. The staff is extremely accommodating and pleasant. The store manager runs the business so skillfully and is also humble. Each Friday, I visit this store where I always find the things I usually look for because it carries all the variations that are not accessible elsewhere.

Sadly, some inventory levels at this store are insufficient, staff are not helpful, service is poor at best, and prices are inflated on most products (unless on special, which leads to minimal inventory). The store houses one of the only Canada Post outlets in town which is inconveniently located at the rear of the store and often has a long wait in line. Better options at SDM in Dundas.

Possibly the worst Shoppers Drug Mart I’ve ever been to. Unfriendly staff, terrible store layout, and the owner seems not to care. It’s a real shame that Loblaws allows standards to fall to this level. Especially when it comes to people’s health.Update: We’ve now moved all prescriptions to Costco. Not only are they significantly less expensive with far lower prices and dispensing fees. But they also provide far better and more friendly service.

Very very very very slow only have 1 till that they can check u out at or pick up prescriptions. Sometimes 2 people infront of you will take 20 minutes then a prescription that's supposed to already be ready for you isn't and takes another 15-20 minutes. Compared to other locations that I am in and out the door within 5 minutes 10 on there worse days

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They do not answer the phone, they are often hours or even days late with prescriptions, they cannot properly renew a prescription with our doctor which leads to more work and frustration for both us and ourdoctor, and to top it all off they cannot communicate any of this clearly or honestly with us. We are in the process of leaving these incompetent pill pushers for someone with a functional brain and a shred of common courtesy.

Very rude cashier (indian origin) i wanted her to price match hair dye against fortinos and she rudely asked me to go shop at fortinos. Not sure if shoppers do price match or not but you dont have to be rude. Wont shop here again. Hair dye was Olia and fortinos flyer shows 11.99$ while shoppers was more than that. Happened 17 march 2023 between 7pm to 8pm.

The best shoppers drug mart i ever visited, the staff was very humble and friendly, the Manager ( MANSI) provided me the best service, she helped me so nicely and she was so humble throughout my shopping. Huge shoutout to her!!

Shoppers Drug Mart
This store is best amongst all Shoppers Drug Mart stores in city and nearby. Staff is super friendly and so helpful. Store manager is also humble n manages store so well. I always go to this store every week and always find products for which I tend to visit store because this store has all variants that are unavailable in other locations.
