It was horrible! The fries appeared to have been refried and then refried again for good measure. To top it off, the drinks were watered down, and we got this all after 22 minutes in line.

This McDonald’s is so nasty. This McDonald’s is very unprofessional. We asked for fresh fries and she dumped back our old fries back into the fries area to reserve customers when we ate out the fries. When she did it she looked back to see if we were watching and I SAW. She should have put the fries in the garbage. Imagine how many other times she had done that before. She should be fired and the way she was dressed she’s a shift manager.

Picked up a couple of combos and did not receive my drinks, upsized my fries to get a small batch of fries, dissatisfied in my service today

One of the finest location where the service is very quick. The staff is very courteous and supportive and always ready to assist you with a smile. No long waiting time. Order is handled and delivered very precisely. Awesome location with plenty of parking spaces in the lot. Keep it up the great work.

I have low expectations for McDonald's but wow. I made an order on the app and went to the drive thru to pick it up. When I got to the drive thru the recorded prompt played but no one was there to answer. A few minutes went by and finally a woman answered and attempted to take my order number but was unable to and was rude in the process. I told her I'd come up to the window to make things easier and even then she seemed confused.When I finally gave her my order and got my food, I ended up finding a piece of plastic on my burger. I'm not sure where it came from but luckily I ordered big Mac sauce on the side to put on, otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed and possibly eaten it.Unfortunately customer service at McDonald's is non-existent so the fact that they served me a burger with a piece of plastic on it will be overlooked and no one will ever care about it or face any repercussions.

My recent visit to McDonald's left me disappointed. The overall experience fell short of my expectations, starting with the service. The staff seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic, lacking the friendly and welcoming demeanor that I typically associate with McDonald's.The speed of service was also disappointing. The line was long, and it took a considerable amount of time for my order to be taken and processed. Even after placing my order, there was an extended wait for the food to be prepared and served. The lack of efficiency was frustrating, especially considering that McDonald's is known for its fast-food service.When the food finally arrived, I found it to be underwhelming. The burgers lacked freshness and tasted rather bland. The fries were lukewarm and lacked the desired crispiness. It was evident that the food had been sitting for a while before being served.Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area was subpar. The tables were sticky, and there was visible litter on the floor. It created an unpleasant dining atmosphere and gave the impression of poor maintenance.Overall, my visit to McDonald's was a disappointing experience. The lackluster service, underwhelming food quality, and subpar cleanliness were major letdowns. I hope that these issues are addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

As other have stated the food is cold and half the time your order is wrong, but don't have the patience to deal with them again wasting time. You're better off going to another location if you expect better food and service. The drive thru is a whole other mess in itself, takes forever in the lineup then they have nothing ready when you get to the door. I don't understand so many people inside, but nothing is being done.

The manager, Evani, demanded evidence of the cold food as if it were a court of justice, without offering an apology. Furthermore, at the drive-through, we were asked to wait in front because they were running behind, only to receive a cold quarter pounder. This situation presented a double issue.

The people that work here have no idea what they are. They know nothing about Customer service. They need to hire better staff that know what they are doing and a new management there cause she doesn't know what she does in general either.

First off the guy that took my order had a lot of attitude, I had a simple 2 coffee order. He only took the order for one coffee. Then when I went to the window I saw one of the girls eat a customers ice cream and put back the spoon. Had to re order my second coffee which took over 10 minutes and they still didn’t get it right. More attitude coming from 3 people who had to stand around the coffee inspecting it to figure out what was wrong with it. Didn’t want them to remake it because I’ve already been in the line for 20 minutes over 2 coffees. End result not even warm, horrible tasting coffee.
