Very good. Very friendly security/reception. Quick service early afternoon. My interaction with the Service Agent was very helpful and not rushed.

Today I was in to renew my license and health card . Nick the reception was friendly, kind and understanding of me being a little late for my booked appointment.I was directed to Nick for the renewal process who was pleasant knowledgeable and exceptional at his position. I want to say thank you to both as they continue working in this position as I know it can be difficult.

We had an absolutely positive experience at this location. We arrived 5 minutes before closing with a new passport application and one renewal. We were greeted professionally, and without any sign of resentment for coming so late (there was a freezing rain warning in effect, and schools were cancelled around noon. So, all the more reason for staff to want to get home!) Although there were two people before us, we were seen quickly, and the lady who processed our application, Dawn, was friendly and extremely helpful as she found errors on both our applications. We were finished just before 5, not because she was slow, but because she was thorough and we had to make corrections. Now, we were originally going to try and avoid going to Service Canada initially due to the previous reviews, but our local MP's office had incorrect office hours posted on his site so it was closed earlier the day before, and the Belleville office was closed early due to the inclement weather. So, we rushed over to Service Canada, and were so relieved to find them open. We were treated respectfully from start to finish.

BRUTALLY slow. People are pleasant, but be prepared to wait a long time just to submit a passport renewal. Arrived at 1100, waited an hour in a partially filled waiting room. Then had to wait another 1/2 hour while the staff all went on lunch. Mail your passport in or go to Whitby if your time is valuable to you!! Not recommended.

The staff at the front desk are friendly enough but service at Service" Canada Belleville is atrocious!Arrived at 11:15 on a Wednesday and there were 2 people working at the desks.One staff member disappeared leaving one at a desk. She then got up and left (it's now 12:30pm) and the line in front of me was 4 people. Staff members chatted and laughed while no one got served for 30 minutes!If you think you can go in and out with a passport renewal forget it. 2.5 hour investment of my time.Mail in your renewal or drive to Whitby or Ottawa you will probably make better time!"

Had a wonderful experience here today. Security guard- older gentleman was so kind right from the moment I walked into the building. There was a slight wait, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Very pleasant experience. Very helpful staff. Booked an appointment beforehand and the process was quick and painless.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient my visit was. From the point of check-in (nicest security guard btw) to meeting with the lady at reception( also friendly) and then being called down to the cubicle ( again, another friendly helpful & knowledgeable employee, I think Dale was her name) where I would be officially assisted. It was seemless. I put 30 minutes on the parking meter, and when i came out, I still had 5 minutes to spare. I just advise those having to visit this location to bring all i.d. and supporting paperwork. Even if you think you may not need it, bring it. It will make your visit painless. Cheers!
