I don't know much about framing, but Patrick walked me through the whole process. Really professional and helpful.

I have used Patrick Gordon for all of my art framing needs since 2011, initially as an art gallery owner and subsequently for my personal collection. His craftsmanship is outstanding and service impeccable. Great service and top notch framing. Went in without knowing exactly what we wanted and they helped us find the best framing option for us. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for - very impressive quality!

Excellent all around. I brought in an oil painting that had an unusual history, was a bit beat up, and didn't have much excess canvas to work with. Their conservator stabilized it, retouched it, and protected it, and the framing folks helped me pick out a good frame and worked with what they had.The painting came out stunning and is now pride of place in on my wall. Bonus - the lady I worked with was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very friendly and nice and wanted to know the history of the piece.

Simply put, his work is so good, so affordable for the high end work and materials that im sad to say i'm running out of wall space! I would never go anywhere else

Patrick Gordon Framing studio delivers bad service and Patrick himself uses profanity when dealing with Customer. Stay Away they use bully type practices when dealing with customers.My wife brought a one of her favorite painting to frame ($$$). When she picked up the frame picture she did not noticed the nick on the frame. Once she arrived home after closer inspection she noticed the nick and called them within 1 hour from picking it up. The staff immediately went into well you must have damaged it are you willing to pay for the cost of a new frame. My wife refused and said no it should be something you need to replace. They try fix with some type of painting and it was still visible .. ... In the end they returned our money after going to their shop and confronting them. We will not do business with them again and warn the public of Patrick Gordon's bully practice

Incredibly happy with the work by this studio. They did a beautiful job and the suggestions by Ben were perfect- COVID makes things harder, but being able to discuss options over FaceTime worked perfectly. Great service and communication by Patrick and staff regarding my order. They are now my go to for framing.

Fast, friendly, quality. This is honestly the best framing studio in the city! Very professional and courteous. They let you know exactly what's happening and they are very upfront about everything. Loved my experience with the shop!
