I have to say this Okeanos took care of my needs and worries and continue to do so with their after sales team.I purchased a Iota pool 29x12 (all dressed)Salt water , brio lights, heater, covers winter , summer, water fall ,you name it. Even upgraded my pump to the 1.5HpMy sales person was Pascal from the Laval office.Their service is excellent they truly care even after purchase. I dealt with both Vanessa and Angelique all the time for small questions and for any worries. They truly stay on the phone with you until your concern is no longer a concern.I give the after sales service a 5*I give the sales person 5*(Never over promises, tells it how it is)I give my overall experience 5*(Was installed in 1day)

Great experience!! From sales with Xavier, to the project preparations with Thomas, and the amazing crew that did the installation. 1 day installation, I am super happy with the result and have been swimming in it every day since the install in may 2023!!! Would recommend it to anyone looking to install a pool!

The installation was very smooth and they know what they are doing. Everything was delivered on time and my follow up questions were answered in a very timely manner

After deciding to purchase a fiberglass pool, I visited 3 different retailers and ended up picking Okeanos. It was the best decision I made for many reasons.1- Salesman was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all my questions.2- The Okeanos team helped me prepare my plan for city permits.3- Installation was on time. The day of installation, the 2 technicians made sure I knew exactly what to do once they were gone.4- The light switch control was a defect model but that problem was resolved within the same week from the customer service department.5- They had a beautiful model with modern stairs which was called the iota 12x29.I do not regret my decision chosing them for my pool installation.

We purchased an inground pool from them at the beginning of the year. They installed it as promised. On budget, On Time even all others were saying that it was not possible so early! Very professional and knowable. The install team was exceptional. Then the opening team was the same experience. Finally the closing team one more time just an all around great experience. We have had a fantastic experience with Okeanos, from sales with Steve, to opening and winterization with Sean, to after sales services with Angélique. All of the staff have been so helpful and we absolutely love our fibreglass pool!
