Jared was very knowledgeable and thorough in the inspections, took the time to answer all our questions, and provide options of addressing issues. The whole process was very informative, so now we have a clear idea of what we’re getting into and how best to upkeep the chimney, fireplace and alternatives that we plan to install. Would highly recommend.

Jared was fantastic. Super nice guy, offered to bring me a coffee since the appt was so early. He also provided a chair for me to sit in (just bought the house and we have furniture yet). He did an excellent job on the inspection and I will gladly work with this company in the future.

Jeremy came out for a level 2 inspection. Super punctual and professional. Has all the skills and gear, walked us through everything he was looking at, and provided us with a bunch of options for our chimney and flue repairs. Awesome 10/10

Mike came to inspect our chimney and woodstove. They were great. He took pictures and took a video so we could see what he saw. He explained everything. We needed to get our chimney rebuild as well and Mike and Chimney Heroes did an amazing job! Everything happened exactly as they scheduled it. Definitely will continue to use them for inspections and anything else we need in the area. Very please with their work and their professionalism.Thank you!

We used Chimney Heros recently for a chimney inspection on a house we were purchasing. Both employees who came out were very helpful and professional. Jared was very thorough and great at explaining everything he was doing and seeing as he went. We also appreciated the detailed written report we received within the same day.

I called in mid October needing my gas fireplace controls either fixed or replaced. The first available date was in early December. It was extremely difficult to find anyone to come out so I was happy to have an appointment. Had to sign a contract and give a $600 advance deposit to hold the spot. Logan came out on 12/6 and did a complete inspection. Everything checked out except the controls, thereplacement parts were then ordered. Logan came back to fix it on Jan 4th and everything seemed to be working fine. The balance of the invoice was paid that day. On the 2nd day of use the battery pack for device started beeping because the batteries were to hot. I took the pack out of the fireplace and removed the batteries. Once the batteries cooled, I replaced them and the pack worked. The pack is sitting outside of the fireplace, wires and all, but it works. Called and spoke to Logan, his solution was a decorative rock to insulate the pack, I asked him to please order it. After many, many calls and waiting for months I didn't hear from Logan. BTW Marrisa (receptionist) has been very professional throughout this entire process. At the end of May Logan sent me a quote for the part. The quote was $400+ for the part and labor, cost of the part is $50. I've already paid over $2000 and the battery pack is still outside of my fireplace. Last time I called Marissa I told herI didn't want to deal with Logan and have management call me. Been dealing with this for 7 month, stick me with a fork I'm done.Darla Pucheu

The guys showed up on time, were extremely professional and explained options to us in a concise and logical manner. Left our home with a fireplace that looks brand new and works perfectly! Highly recommend!

I had a appointment for a chimney rebuild Jeremy Tyler was exceptional and very knowledgeable well spoken, a great ambassador for Chimney Heroes. I was impressed at how professional the experience went from the first call to set my appointment. Haven't had the work done yet so I will update, so far they have exceeded my expectations.
