Parcels are delivered, but they DON'T follow delivery instructions most of the time! Ie, if I set delivery instructions to deliver INSIDE at my business reception, they don't! They leave it outside, on my front step. What is the point of setting instructions, when they don't follow them!

Packages are usually late and often times they just throw them because they can't be bothered to take the 10 steps it would take to gently set them down on the ground.Do better or clean house and get new drivers.

Your drivers do not respect speed limits. Your owners and management should be held accountable for public safety and ensuring your staff follow posted signage. Peeling around recklessly in a subdivision with a posted limit of 35 is not acceptable.

Much more secure. Usually left in the unlock entry way. Anyone walking by could see package and just open this unlocked door and walk away!Very impressive! Very IMPRESSED!!Just got my second package. The same excellent service. They buzzed my apartment number.Again, they left it at my door.Very secure. BRAVO!!The third delivery was 5 STAR! A COMPLETE CHANGE-AROUND FROM A YEAR AGO. DELIVERED RIGHT TO THE APARTMENT DOOR. Give your new local provider a raise!! They deserve it. BELLISSIMO!! BRAVO!! THANK YOU!!

If I could give them 0 I definitely would. Everytime I receive a package from intelcom I have to play hide and seek to find it. Never have they ever dropped a package off to the front door. They drive in and literally throw it out of their window and leave it in the middle of my yard, down by my shop door, the back of my truck, or this one in the middle of the driveway, to later be drove over from another delivery driver!! Intelcom is a joke and has zero respect with their delivery service. Amazon really needs to drop intelcom from their delivery services.

This delivery company is the worst I've had packages go missing and stolen by the drivers more then once. My most recent package was stated to be delivered myself and my partner (who was at home) got the notice it was delivered my partner went down to get it. The package wasn't there. And whoever the driver was took a picture of my building NOT MY PACKAGE where it was placed. Either in the time span of less then a minute someone stole it or the driver took it yet agian. The picture is sketchy with not showing my package and the customer services line wasn't much help and just said it was the wrong address (no it wasnt i checked my amazon info and it was correct) and told me to give it another day to see if it arrives yet agian there's a picture showing my building so I'm not sure what the customer service rep is thinking. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. If I could be given options to choose who deliver my package I'd never in my right mind pick this company.Thanks Intelcom for having poor customer service and drivers that aren't trained properly to deliver a package

The delivery was very quick. The box is very beaten up, but I doubt that is your fault. The parcel originated in China and so I'm sure that it has had many handlers.You did good!

Always says out for delivery" when it is not. This can be the status for days. Lost and late packages are a consistent issue. I've waited almost a week for a package that was 30 minutes away. Absolutely zero customer service. No chat options.If you do reach someone it's done guy who barely speaks English on his cell phone while at a party... As unprofessional as it gets."
