I think I speak for everyone when I say I’ve never had one good experience at this location. I hadn’t got taco bell in a long time because of the service but today I gave them another chance and yet again it was horrible. The lady at cash doesn’t even speak to you, she rolled her eyes when I handed her cash because she had already hit the debit machine when she didn’t even ask how I was paying. She then handed me my food on a plate when I said it was to go, again gave me a dirty look. Of course when I go to eat my food it’s not what I ordered, so I go back and say my order is wrong and tell her what I had ordered. She doesn’t say anything to me and tells the back what to make and then proceeds to slide it over to me on the counter with no apology, no nothing. I watched her be rude to multiple people before me who had already ordered as well. If you don’t want to do your job properly then just quit.

extremely slow and waited 20 minutes for the fries to look like this, and the hard shell was extremely stale, avoid this location at all cost. and i didn’t order a veggie burrito so idk why there is basically no meat in my burrito. went back for them to remake it not only did the girl give so much attitude for trying to sell me a tortilla with some lettuce and sour cream on it but they gave me a new one that looked the exact same. you are better off going outside and picking leaves off the trees and eating that.

Unfortunately, I work in this mall. This particular taco bell is garbage. I ask for diet Pepsi and get Pepsi. I go back, they smile and pour Pepsi again. At least a dozen times this has happened. Waste of time and money.

Very slow service while the competitors served 25 customers, they hardly serve 1 to 2. Staff needs proper training. Very unhappy with service.

I just left this location. I had a coupon that came in the mail and the girl taking the order refused to honor the deal and refused to give her name. The manager came from the back he said I will give you partial deal, I attached a photo of the coupon to show and the manager said he will give regular fries. When I said I will contact the head office his attitude immediately changed and he right away said he will give the deal. At that point he caused a big scene and humiliated me for using a coupon.I would love to speak to the head office regarding this matter.STOP SENDING COUPONS TO CUSTOMERS IF YOUR STORES THAT ACCEPT THEM REFUSE TO HONOR THEM BECAUSE THEY FEEL THE PRICE SHOULDBE HIGHER.The manager said their location participates in these coupons but he said its his store and he can do as he pleases. I GUESS HE DISCRIMINATES AND PICKS AND CHOICES WHO HE LIKES. Bad representation for Taco Bell.
