Jeff and Jonah swung by the house today, as we are moving. I have never seen such quick, efficient junk removal. They were in an out in record time! They were both very professional, and were a pleasure to talk to. My company has used 1800GOTJUNK several times, and there have never been any issues. Today I hired Got Junk for my first time here in Victoria BC. I needed alot of garbage and furniture dumped quickly. In the past I have always used the big commercial bins they drop off and you fill up yourself then call and they return and take it away. I did this many times as was told it was the cheapest way and that Got Junk would be much more expensive. Well was I ever pleasantly surprised! Wes and Jeff came on a Sunday. They were friendly, professional and fast! They filled the entire bin/truck in no time and I was extremely shocked it was actually cheaper than the self load bins I have previously used. I am more than happy with their work and cost. I can highly recommend Wes, Jeff and Got Junk. I will never again load another bin myself! Thank you!

The guys were great! They came down to my boat at low tide to get an old fridge & a couple mattresses. They even had to disassemble the fridge to get it out. I will absolutely use them again!

Online booking was easy, booked for 9-11am, got a call they had to push it to 1-3 finally showed up at 5pm. Great service once there but communication needs to be improved and if you have morning slots available, you should be available.

Amazing customer service. I knew exactly when they would show up and when they did, they were friendly, helpful and got rid of everything I wanted to get rid of. The price was great as well.

Fast, kind, and accommodating. Their customer service was excellent and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable.The service is not cheap, but might be a better deal if you have more to get rid of. That said, you pay for convenience and the ability to procrastinate- I was able to schedule a pickup within 24h.
